This program is for alumni only.<\/li>\n<li>Where a formal active alumni organization exists, all participants need to be official members of that alumni association. Where it does not, <strong>an alumnus coordinating the program <\/strong>(Emil Kos)<strong> will confirm the eligibility of the program candidates<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mentors need to have 10+ years of professional experience<\/strong> in the field they would like to be mentors in.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mentors by profession are not allowed in the program!<\/strong> The goal is to provide mentorship opportunities and not to seek potential clients.<\/li>\n<li><strong>All candidates must participate in the mandatory entry online training!<\/strong> There won\u2019t be any 2nd round of training nor a recording (these are interactive training with exercises). Only trained candidates will be considered for matching!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Costs?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The OC and the Kingmakers organize the program completely free.\u00a0Where an official alumni association exists, the participation in the program is free for alumni with a paid membership.<\/p>\n<p>In Slovenia, each participant covers <strong>35 \u20ac fee<\/strong>.\u00a0The contribution will be used in its entirety for the initiation of the national alumni organisation in Slovenia. These trainings are mandatory for all participants!
